ABOUT ANGIE
Angela (Angie) T. Germany Barnes
I am first and foremost a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ—a daughter, wife, mother, sister, grandmother, leader, entrepreneur, and friend. From the rib of my husband, Mr. Tygerr Barnes, I was called to live a life of abundance. With God’s grace, I’ve defied the odds and broken barriers. Once a little girl from the William Penn Projects and a teen mother, I now stand as a living testimony that with faith, vision, and perseverance, all things are possible.
In 1999, I discovered my calling in childcare and never looked back. Twenty-six years later, I continue to grow, evolve, and lead with purpose. Today, my work thrives through Children of Purpose STEM Academy East and West in Chester, Pennsylvania—where I champion the belief that every child, regardless of their zip code, deserves access to quality education, state-of-the-art facilities, and the resources needed to succeed.
I never imagined this path for my life, yet I am walking in the fulfillment of my mother’s prayers and the promise of Proverbs 31:28: “Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her.”
I am in a season of divine manifestation. I have been honored to grace the cover of KISH Magazine, publish my book Manifesting Affirmations, co-author Get It Done, serve as a panelist at the Jumpstart Childcare Conference, and be featured on global platforms such as the “Dreamer in You” show with Dr. Kishma George. I was recognized as a “Top 10 Global Trailblazer” on a St. Thomas billboard, a “Top 23 Influential Mover & Shaker” in Elkton, Maryland, and launched my international TV show, The Remnant, on Dominion TV Network—living out the meaning of my name, “Angela,” messenger of God.
Confident in who I am and whose I am, I believe my journey is only in its fourth chapter. Each decade has carried lessons and blessings, shaping me mentally, physically, spiritually, and financially. Through it all, my anchor remains Romans 8:28: “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God.” My testimony is simple but true: It’s Quite Alright.
